For the first half of the walk, we will be following the Uzengi creek. In the valley along the river, there are many pigeons, and birds of prey. As we approach the village, there is a great scenic point overlooking the village, and a castle carved out of massive tufa rock.

Cat Valley, which is one of the most interesting places in Cappadocia, and least known to all other than the locals. We walk through willow trees and fairy chimneys. The walk is very pleasant and can be rated as easy. After lunch, we walk to Cemildere village by the Pigeons Valley. The volcanic rock in the valley has a striking rose pink color.
The walk is moderate and approximately 3 hours from 1200 m (~3900 ft) elevation to 950 (~3100).

After lunch, a 3-hour trail will lead us to Cavusin. On our way we will have a chance to visit two of the ancient rock carved churches, one with original frescoes still intact.
Later in the day we drive to Guzelyurt, our next destination. En route we will visit Kaymakli underground city, carved way back in the past as a shelter in times of siege and continuous raids.

Ihlara Valley; We start our walk from the village of Ihlara and follow the Melendiz river all along the way. The walk through this outstanding valley takes around 6 hours (moderate walk) including the visits as we continue.
