To elaborate, most guides are nice. In the hospitality industry, it’s hard to come across someone who isn’t. But when you want to go beyond the clichés, being nice simply isn’t enough.
We follow an unconventional process to select the right guides. Education is important, and sincerity is essential. We look for guides shaped by well-rounded upbringings who have endless curiosity, varied personal interests, fluency across cultures, travel and life experience, qualities that shed light for travelers beyond books, making their journey personal, meaningful and unforgettable.
Our team includes guides at a wide range of experience levels—junior, qualified, senior, and expert. They are equipped to deliver at varying depths and across diverse topics. Our aim is to match the right guide to each traveler, based on interests and expectations.
Our seasoned guides come from diverse academic backgrounds. Besides formal training in tour guiding, some hold MBAs, others have studied international relations, art history, archaeology, neurolinguistics, simultaneous translation and more. They are skilled, intelligent, and hardworking—they would have thrived in any career. Fortunately for us, their passion lies in connecting with people, in the thrill of discovery, and in being fully immersed in life. And that’s why they’ve chosen tour guiding as their profession.
