Discover Istanbul beyond the walls of the old town, as we take the streets in the colorful Fener and Pera districts. Also included in the itinerary is the late royal palace of the Ottoman dynasty, Dolmabahce.

• We start the day walking the colorful and busy streets in Pera district. Istiklal street leads us to Taksim Square which is the center of daily activities in European Istanbul.

Our next stop is the Dolmabahce Palace, built on the Bosphorus for the royal dynasty in mid 19. century.

Later in the day, we take the back streets at Fener district where the office of Greek Orthodox Patriarch still stands.

We continue on to Eyup, and Pierre Loti quarter, named after the French painter. Orientation and free time in the Grand Bazaar.
